SAN GORGONIO HIGH NEWS

Wearing his black SBCUSD Police uniform, School Police Chief John Guttierez stands in front of and just to the right of the American flag

SBCUSD welcomes the return of Chief John Guttierez as School Police Chief, marking a full-circle moment in his illustrious career.

A dedicated advocate for children and a respected law enforcement leader, Chief Guttierez returned to SBCUSD on March 18, bringing more than 30 years of experience and a commitment to student safety, well-being and community partnership.

A member of the award-winning SANKOFA instructional staff works with a small group of students. Both staff and students in the SANKOFA program wear SANKOFA t-shirts with a design inspired by African art.
